Shenyang Kangchen Textile Co., LTD., founded in 1997, has two modern factories with Swiss high-speed shuttleless looms. We have completed the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent and high-tech factory and have about 30 years of export experience.

Strict production standards and process of export/Customization

According to ISO 9001:2015 certification standards, we mainly produce Nylon curing tape, using Nylon 66 high strength wire,and nylon mesh cloth, nylon rope, industrial thread and other industrial rubber skeleton about 70 billion meters per year. And we support model customization.

Before going out from factory,products are controlled strictly by the three steps of program respectivelly for the review process of raw materials product inspection testing procedures product tracking,to ensure every products can be stable and qualified.

At present, in addition to ordinary workers, there are 23 senior technicians responsible for research and development.

Global cooperation

We also make technical exchanges and cooperation with South Korea and Germany's textile enterprises and taking the lead in making the enterprise standard of nylon cure wrap. And now we are the supplier of Manuli,Alfagomma,Dun-lop,Pike,Sumitomo and so on.
